I'm terrible with eating so I am going to take on the Special K challenge. Four out of five meals a day will be Special K. I know it will get tiring, but it's only for two weeks. I have read reviews and a lot of people has had nothing but positive things to say, losing 3 inches off the waist or shedding pounds. I mean I can't lose since I am also going to exercise. I'm starting Monday. Wish me luck.
